CR-100-SD Tristimulus Colorimeter_High-Speed Display Luminance and Chromaticity Measurement Device

The CS-CR100-SD Tristimulus Colorimeter is a portable, high-accuracy device designed for high-speed production testing, quality inspection, and display R&D. With a minimum measurement time of 60 ms, it supports luminance, chromaticity, and dynamic response testing for LCD, OLED, automotive, and VR/AR displays.

1. Rugged and Compact Design

The instrument adopts an aluminum alloy and stainless steel housing, weighing only 340g. With no mechanical shutter and no moving parts, it offers exceptional reliability, making it suitable for high-speed positioning systems and harsh environment applications.

The device features a near-field measurement spot diameter of 12mm and 26mm at a 100mm distance, ideal for small-area measurements and multi-point synchronous detection.

5. Precision Filter Matching

Each device is individually calibrated using dual monochromators before delivery, ensuring f1' chromaticity errors are better than industry standards.

6. Ultra-Fast Measurement Speed

With a minimum exposure time as fast as 1 millisecond, it fully meets the requirements for dynamic image and response time measurements.

7. Response Time Testing

Multiple sampling rates can be configured to perform response time tests in compliance with IDMS (Information Display Measurement Standard) for displays.

CIE Tristimulus filter f1' errors

The f1' value, specified in percentage error, represents the degree to which the relative spectral responsivity deviates from the CIE V(λ) curve.
