CS-TC021-Multi Multi-Size Micro Color Calibration Chart

The CS-TC021-Multi Multi-Size Micro Color Calibration Chart is a professional calibration target designed for optical imaging systems. It is primarily used for evaluating color accuracy in microscope imaging and is suitable for color and imaging performance calibration of microscopes, industrial cameras, endoscopes, and other optical devices.

The chart is widely applicable in medical imaging, industrial inspection, and scientific research applications. It provides a standardized reference for color reproduction evaluation and imaging accuracy verification, helping users improve imaging consistency and maintain stable system performance.

Each primary color patch on the chart includes NIST-traceable spectral transmittance calibration data. The supplied calibration spreadsheet allows users to convert the calibration data into multiple color spaces, including Adobe RGB 1998, CIE L*a*b*, and XYZ. This provides flexible support for different calibration workflows and imaging applications.

Key Functions

The chart provides two core functions for optical imaging system calibration and verification:

1. Color Reproduction Accuracy Evaluation

The chart includes 24 calibrated color patches, including standard colors, neutral gray patches, and skin-tone references. Each patch is supplied with NIST-traceable spectral transmittance calibration data.

By comparing captured image data with the reference values, users can evaluate:

• Color deviation
• White balance performance
• Color consistency
• Overall color reproduction accuracy

This helps optimize the color performance of imaging systems and supports standardized imaging evaluation.

2. Multi-Resolution and Magnification Verification

The chart contains color patches of multiple sizes, with a maximum diameter of 4150 μm and minimum patch sizes in the several-hundred-micron range.

This design enables evaluation of:

• Color consistency under different magnifications
• Fine detail imaging capability
• Imaging stability across multiple resolutions

The chart is particularly suitable for multi-magnification calibration in microscope imaging systems and other precision optical applications.
