As infrared thermal imaging technology rapidly expands into security monitoring, industrial inspection, and medical applications, the precision of autofocus has become a key factor in determining both image quality and temperature measurement accuracy.

According to GB/T 43249-2023, the focusing accuracy of thermal imagers must be controlled within ≤ ±5 μm.
However, traditional manual focusing methods present several challenges:

The Solution
The Infrared Thermal Imaging Autofocus Test System adopts precision screw drive + dual closed-loop control technology, achieving ±2 μm focusing accuracy. It automatically captures the sharpness peak of images and is equipped with a 100 cm × 60 cm adjustable temperature test chart (ambient–80 ℃). The system supports SFR, FOV, non-uniformity, and MTF testing, ensuring both R&D and production lines achieve optimal imaging performance.
