This system is an ultra-wide-angle FOV test system developed by Zhengyin Technology. It is mainly used for the accurate test of the field of view of various cameras, including the actual measurement of the horizontal FOV, the vertical FOV, and the calculation of the diagonal FOV. It can be applied to camera FOV test in any field of view. This system is divided into manual version and automatic version. The automatic version needs to be integrated with camera image acquisition.

·System Components

This system consists of two-axis or three-axis electric rotating pan/tilt, mechanical fixture, test card, backlight light source, controller and control software. This system is equipped with different test cards and adjustable light sources, which can perform single-point stray light analysis and ghost image analysis.

Test and use introduction:

① Fix the jig with the camera installed on the pan/tilt (the camera needs to be in the center of the rotating pan/tilt), and place the test chart in an appropriate position in front of the pan/tilt;
②Analyse the image after the camera collects the image (manual or integrated automatic);
③ After setting the rotation speed on the motion control software, start the pan/tilt. When the vertical line of the crosshair just appears on the left (right) of the monitor screen, stop the device and read the scale value recognized by the software; similarly, read the right (left) of the screen. Side) scale value, the difference between the two values is the actual horizontal field of view of the lens.
④ Test the vertical field of view: the steps are the same as above, the number of rotation and pitch angles is the actual vertical field of view of the lens.
⑤ Diagonal field of view angle: calculated by Imatest software.
⑥Single point stray light and ghost analysis: Change the test card to the point light source mask, adjust the brightness to appropriate, set and control the different positions of the motion system in the field of view, as shown in the following figure (5 o'clock, 9 o'clock) Shoot and analyze the images separately to compare and observe the stray light and ghost images of the image.
