CS-ECTS-TC07 Endoscope Dot Pattern Test Chart for Image Quality Testing

ColorSpace has developed the CS-ECTS-TC series of endoscope test chart for medical and industrial endoscopic imaging systems. The CS-ECTS-TC07 Endoscope Dot Pattern Test Chart is designed for endoscope image quality and optical performance testing. It can be used to analyze optical distortion and lateral chromatic aberration, and is suitable for endoscope optical performance evaluation and FDA-related testing.

The CS-ECTS-TC07 Endoscope Dot Pattern Test Chart features a regular dot pattern for endoscopic imaging tests. By capturing images of the test chart and applying appropriate image analysis methods, optical distortion and lateral chromatic aberration can be analyzed to provide test data for evaluating the optical performance and image quality of endoscopes.

The FDA Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) has published a research method for the quantitative evaluation of geometric distortion in endoscopes, and geometric distortion is one of the optical performance characteristics evaluated in endoscope testing. The CS-ECTS-TC07 can be used as a test target in endoscope optical performance testing for distortion analysis and other FDA-related testing activities.

The CS-ECTS-TC07 features a glass transmissive design with a standard size of 160 mm × 134 mm. It can be directly mounted on the CS-ECTS Endoscope Test System. The test chart can be used with the CS-ECTS system for image acquisition and optical performance testing of endoscopes, making it suitable for testing applications involving medical and industrial endoscopes.
