CS-ECTS-TC06 Checkerboard Test Chart can be used as part of FDA-related testing and product validation workflows

ColorSpace has developed the CS-ECTS-TC series of endoscope test charts for medical and industrial endoscopic imaging systems. The CS-ECTS-TC06 Checkerboard Test Chart features a regular checkerboard pattern for endoscopic image distortion analysis and optical imaging performance evaluation.

The structured geometric pattern provides a consistent visual reference for evaluating geometric changes in captured endoscopic images. When combined with appropriate image quality analysis software, the test chart can be used to analyze the position and geometric deformation of checkerboard features and obtain data related to image distortion.

The CS-ECTS-TC06 is a glass transmission test chart with a standard chart size of 160 mm × 134 mm. The standard checkerboard cell size is 5mm, and the checkerboard dimensions can be customized according to specific testing requirements.

The chart can be mounted directly on the CS-ECTS Endoscope Test System, simplifying test setup and supporting endoscope distortion testing and image quality evaluation. It can also be used as part of FDA-related testing and product validation workflows, depending on the applicable device, standards, and regulatory submission requirements.
