OptiCentric® BondingStation 2D, developed by TRIOPTICS Germany, is a fully automated optical alignment and bonding station. It integrates centration measurement and active lens bonding into one platform, supporting optics up to 150 mm in diameter and 15 kg in weight. With a maximum stage travel of 450 mm and centration accuracy of ±0.2 μm, the system guarantees bonding precision better than 2 μm, enhancing productivity and alignment reliability in optical assembly.
