The OptiCentric® UP, developed by TRIOPTICS Germany, is a dedicated system for centration measurement and alignment of large-diameter (300–800 mm), high-load (450–1200 kg) optical assemblies. It achieves a measurement accuracy of up to 0.2 μm.
