The CS-XT-C/Q D01 ADAS Front/Side Windshield MTF/SFR & Secondary Image Deviation Test System is designed for imaging performance testing of automotive windshields and vehicle camera modules in an integrated configuration. It evaluates imaging characteristics such as MTF/SFR and secondary image deviation when a camera module captures test targets through a vehicle's front or side windshield.
The system integrates a windshield mounting and angle adjustment mechanism, camera module positioning device, 6-DOF robot, collimator, image acquisition module, and image analysis software. Based on predefined test procedures, it can perform camera module position and orientation adjustment, different field-of-view settings, image acquisition, and test data analysis.
By integrating the windshield, camera module, test target, and image analysis processes, the system can be used for ADAS camera module and windshield compatibility verification, automotive windshield R&D testing, sample evaluation, and quality control.
Applications
· ADAS Camera R&D Testing:Used for imaging performance testing during the development of ADAS camera modules. Different camera positions, orientations, and test fields of view can be configured to evaluate MTF/SFR performance when the camera captures images through the windshield, providing test data for camera module and windshield matching and design verification.
· Automotive Windshield R&D and Verification:Used for automotive windshield development and sample verification. The system can test the optical performance of windshields with different structures, materials, thicknesses, and relevant process conditions, and analyze their effects on camera imaging performance and secondary image deviation.
· Camera Module and Windshield Compatibility Testing:Used to evaluate the installation relationship between vehicle camera modules and windshields. The windshield mounting angle, camera position, and camera orientation can be adjusted according to the test plan to evaluate imaging performance when the camera captures images through the windshield.
· Product Quality Control:Can be used for product testing by vehicle manufacturers, automotive glass manufacturers, and vehicle camera manufacturers, enabling test results to be compared across different samples or process conditions.
