The ISO 12233 eSFR Standard Test Chart is designed based on the Edge Spatial Frequency Response (eSFR) test method specified in ISO 12233:2023. By analyzing low-contrast slanted-edge targets, the chart can be used for the measurement and evaluation of SFR, MTF, image sharpness, and related image quality parameters.
